Wow, color me shocked.  Full delicious dinner on a transcon red-eye.  Is this the longest continental US flight?

OK, I understand the red-eye thing but ice cream at the same time of the starter and main?? 

Poblano Asiago Cheese soup was outstanding. Salmon was delicious.
