We toured Athens for a day before boarded our Silverseas cruise ship for the Greek Isles.
We boarded our Silverseas Silver Wind mid afternoon at the port of Piraeus, some 30 km south of Athens. Our first stop the next morning was the beautiful island of Mykonos.
On day 2, we visited historic Rhodes.
Day 3 was Crete including the city of Iraklion.
Early morning on day 4 we passed thru the beautiful and very narrow Corinth Canal.
A couple hours on the other side of the Corinth Canal was Itea, where we docked for the day.
Our last stop in Greece was the beautiful island of Corfu.
