Back to reality - United "First Class" LOL

By the time we made our way by train to Terminal C and United, we had 70 minutes prior to departure.   With my TK Star Alliance Gold status having expired and me leaving my United Class passes at home, we sat in a restaurant near our gate before boarding our flight.

Yikes, this is one small cabin especially after 13 hours in Etihad First.  Two rows of First that has pathetic pitch and legroom.

Love the galley curtains that I doubt have ever been used to block galley activity from the cabin... like every airline in the world except those in North America.  But I digress. 

Despite the seat and cabin, pleasant service from our DEN-based crew including First FA Ken.

And after the garbage that AA now calls meals, The hoisin beef dinner was actually surprisingly good.  Then again, I wasn't that hungry and took it primarily for the photo op.

After nine long days, we were finally home.  What a great adventure visiting Nepal.  Great to see and check off the list, but I doubt I'd go back.  Thanks for following this report!
