Auckland - Sofitel Auckland

We arrived at the Sofitel at around 3:30p.  Despite a 2pm check-in, our Jr. Suite was not ready.  After 15 minutes of semi-patiently waiting and then a discussion with the front desk manager, we were upgraded to a full suite on the top floor.
