Lyon

On our way to Paul Bocuse, along the banks of the Saone River.  

And then exploring Lyon Centre.

A few hours of rest back at the hotel, and we're ready to go for our final meal of the trip.  OMG, how much more of this can I take??

Tonight it's another Michelin star chef, Lyon's Georges Blanc.  Blanc is a consulting First Class chef for Singapore Airlines.  But tonight we're off to his more casual bistro, Le Centre by Georges.  Great casual atmoshere and more outstanding cuisine.

Burgers, fries, mac and cheese and Wiener Schnitzel.
